MAIN ENTERPRISES PRESENTS ANDERSON IS GO (F.A.B.)

Main Enterprises has released an impassioned tribute to producers Gerry and Sylvia Anderson and their amazing creations. From start to finish, Anderson is Go (F.A.B.: For Anderson Buffs) delivers the goods on some of the greatest and most imaginative television programs ever produced.

Inside one will find articles on the Gold Key comics for Supercar and Fireball XL5, by Link Huller, and a spiffy "Thunderbirds are Go!" retrospective (tipped by a hardy episode guide), by Tom Wheeler, plus a "2 1/4s" essay by Doug Pelton, detailing the publicity slides compiled for Anderson's endeavors, as well as a heartfelt and historical "The Publisher Speaks" by Jim Main.

In addition, F.A.B. is jammed-packed with sterling photos and print sources inspired by and culled from Anderson's shows, including related merchandise, which in addition to the aforementioned series, include Captain Scarlet, Joe 90, StingrayU.F.O. and that great Trek rival, Space 1999

To embellish these entries, there's awe-inspiring artwork by Rock Baker/Jeff Austin, Barry Southworth/Marc Haines, Kevin Duncan, Bill Earle, James Rubino, Doc Boucher, Mark Ahern, Laura Inglis, Jack Bertram, Dave Windett, N.V. Riehle, Rusty Gilligan, Scott McClung and David Edward Martin (who rendered the breathtaking front and back covers). Yeah, quite a potent line-up of superlative, fan-fueled talent!

F.A.B. is a must-have for all Anderson admirers. To obtain this treasure, send $8.00 (which includes postage for U.S. shipping only) to Jim Main, 130 Wellsville Av, Back of House, New Milford, CT 06776. Mr. Main also accepts Paypal funds at jmain44@aol.com. (Be certain to include your mailing address in either case.)

Don't miss out on this fabulous, Anderson homage. It's one you'll revisit time and again.
