As I mentioned in a couple Aug '20 posts, acclaimed illustrator (and Ron Fortier's Airship 27 Productions partner), Rob Davis is fashioning the interiors for my novel, "Mark Justice's the Dead Sheriff, Vol 4: A Town Called Purity".
Rob is a legend in the field and for obvious reason. He's a renowned "Star Trek" artist and even created the illustrations for Fred Adams Jr's Dead Sheriff contribution, "A Holster Full of Death", in addition to supplying its interiors. Above is a comic page that Davis created for "Trek" and below, his Dead Sheriff variant.
Due to time constraints, Davis won't be doing the "Purity" cover. Instead Michael Youngblood will fashion it. Youngblood is a seasoned veteran, as well, and has already rendered vibrant, Airship 27 images. See his Mars McCoy and Sherlock Holmes depictions below. (BTW: The Holmes cover is based on a famous, Sidney Paget illustration.)
With the teaming of Davis and Youngblood, I believe my novel is in deft hands and the same can therefore be said of Mark Justice's ever expanding saga.
