Alas, Femforce, Superbabes, Heroine Heaven, Cauldron of Horror will no longer make the convenient rounds, perhaps dictating an end to the once fruitful runs. The problem stems from Diamond Distribution, which faces bankruptcy. The outcome will not only impact AC Comics, but a number of other companies and their issues. For now, AC's releases continue to be cancelled by specialty shops and related sources. Sad, disheartening news, indeed.
AC's all-color Superbabes #19 is Synn-driven, as our shapely heroine visits the honorable University of Central Florida, only to find that its students have become zombie-fied by a focus-drug which has left Firebeam beyond petulant and Talana Clay more than a little concerned.
Synn has no choice but to break the students from their studious spell, but how can she with so many affected?
In the meantime on Jungle Island, a bikini-clad She-Cat meets a dashing gent named Ricou, who claims to be part of the Brazilian Secret Service and unknown to our feline-prompted protagonist, has already had a furtive encounter with the Black Phantom and her ethereal companion, Bril.
The artwork and pacing for #19 is immaculate, thanks to the superb talents of Bobby Ragland and Mark and Stephanie Heike, who bring the interlocking segments to sizzling life.

AC's all-color Superbabes #17 & #18 have hit shelves in a simultaneous explosion.
The (backordered) #17 kicks off the two-fold adventure, presenting a She-Cat/Tara-based extravaganza, where the feline exemplar disguises herself as the towering Ms. Fremont to face a shifty "philanthropist," but can she withstand the intoxicated outcome?
Issue #18 continues the high-stakes shenanigans, but shifts gears to center on Nightveil and a Valkyra attack. Can Femforce strike her down? Ah, that might prove easier said than done, even as She-Cat leaps in for the "kill."
This AC, double whammy works with complementing charm, thanks to super-talented contributors Bobby Ragland, Mark and Stephanie Heike.

AC's all-color Femforce #203 presents several compelling avenues for our team, as its members face the quarrelsome Queen in Yellow, who's taken possession of Nightveil's beguiling Cloak of Darkness.
The conundrum sets Femforce to dino-based Taragonia and ultimately to the perplexing Dark Dhagor for a dangerous, dimensional-rocking confrontation.
Issue #203 also features a dreamy, Nightveil interlude, where our lovely mystic rescues Kamalfa from a woeful, environmental station, just as the Black Commando falls to insanity.
The riveting contents spring from contributors Bill Black, Eric Coile, Jeff Austin, and Mark and Stephanie Heike, who keep readers on the edge of their seats and begging for more with their striking visuals and stupendous storytelling. After the gals anticipate the sexy Phantom's entrance into the Femforce fold, She-Cat and Synn face an attacking automaton, as Tara lifts an elephant and Ms. Victory and Paragon (in a special chapter of their own) enjoy a little romance. All in all, our Femforce members sure have lots on their collective plate!

AC's all-color Superbabes #15 more than delivers the goods, with a captivating chapter that curdles of cloned complexity.
In "I Scream Clone!," Ms. Victory's first husband re-emerges, Kent Farrell ... a clone, for all intents and purposes, but how ... why?
He certainly does surprise the superheroine and with more than just his duplication, which includes a revelation about Ms. Victory's daughter, Jen, as Roberta Strock and Garganta enter the intrigue.
For this issue's bonus tale, "Cat's Cradle," She-Cat, Miss Masque and Firebeam encounter the artifact-hungry Dr. Khalfani, in a mummified, tomb-raiding adventure that's as frightening as it's hot-hot-hot!
Issue #15's adventures come courtesy of Mark and Stephanie Heike, who lend their storytelling and artistic skills to the opener, with Eric Johnson, E.T. Dollman, Jeff Austin and Manny Mederos teaming with them for the second. AC's all-color Femforce #199 presents double-the-cover-villainy, thanks to the kinky duo, Pirate Girl and Madame Boa, signaling that our sultry superheroines, led by the towering, jungle-girl Tara Fremont, are wanted in the worst way possible!
In truth, it's the Vincent Price-homaging Vernon Fell, rough-and-tumble Ironhead McGinty and (above all) the splotchy, time-tripping Shimmerer who usher Femforce toward eradication. The statue-esque Alizarin Crimson then takes the reins from the boys, leading a vexing rogues gallery against our virtuous saviors, with good ol' Paragon and Black Commando making brawny, guest appearances.
Yep, "A Gathering of Evil" holds quite a to-die-for cast, though our marvelous team won't tolerate extinction, no matter how many baddies are hurled its way.
The story and artwork by Bill Black, Eric Coile and Mark & Stephanie Heike make this package extra-energetic, as it takes sagacious flights and revived vendettas to the highest, scintillating levels.
