AIRSHIP 27 PODCAST (APRIL 2026): A NEW PULP FLIGHT

Airship 27's (April 2026) Podcast glides high, with Ron Fortier and Rob Davis presenting its past six, New Pulp releases for its big "clean up" year.

The awesome lineup consists of a science-fiction, crime melodrama, Under a Crooked Star, by Daniel Whiston; a Bigfoot P.I. case, California Wolves, by Michael Panush; an alternate-history (post Civil War) excursion, Tenderfoot: An American Mammoths Novel, also by Panush; a spirited, sequel anthology, The Adventures of Radio Rita, Vol 2 (with stories by Curtis Fernlund, Gene Moyers, Glen Held and Samantha Lienhard); a mystical, French & Indians War exploit, Tomahawks and Sorcery, by Teel James Glenn; and a gusty, new pirate sojourn, Jezebel Johnston, Vol 10: No Quarter, by Nancy Hansen.

The fellows also cover several upcoming (in-progress), Airship titles, including a spectacular, Adventures of Sinbad double feature, a new Barry Baskervilles book and a fascinating sequel to Edgar Rice Burroughs' Beyond Thirty

AIRSHIP 27 PODCAST (SEPT '24), PART 2: READY FOR LIFTOFF

The follow-up to Airship 27's Sept/Aug '24 podcast has landed, with Ron Fortier and Rob Davis continuing a rundown of their most recent string of publications.

Comprising the prolific list are such dynamic and diverse titles as Richard Kellogg/Gary Kato's Barry Baskerville and the Stolen Car; Carson Demmons' The Sheriff of Hell; Michael Panush and Charles Santino's Metropolis Resurrected; Glenn Held's The Devil You KnowGary Lovisi's Warrior of RigelPulp Mythology, Vol 3; I.A. Watson's Sherlock Holmes, Consulting Detective, Vol 20; Darylle Purcell's Geezers, Vol 2; and Ravenwood, Stepson of Mystery, Vol 5 (to which I'm proud to say I contributed).

The guys also commence and cap off their swell presentation with their belly-ticklin' jokes, which of course, are always welcome.

RAVENWOOD, STEPSON OF MYSTERY, VOL 4: COMING SOON!!!

Per Ron Fortier, Ed Catto will soon submit his final illustrations for "Ravenwood, Stepson of Mystery, Vol 4", and Adam Shaw has turned in his cover. Once the basic proofing is done, the latest Airship 27 edition of Frederick C. Davis' occult detective will hit print.

As "bizarrechats" readers know, Vol 4 will contain a story by yours truly. I'll be joined by three other Airship 27 authors. The paperback should be a swell one and further advance the-man-with-no-first-name's legend.

I'll keep readers posted on developments, though I do trust that the next time I report on "Ravenwood Vol 4", its publication date will be confirmed.
