Dark Fiction author, Chris McAuley, has finished editing my cyberpunk story, "With Eyes Unconstrained". He'll also apply his editing know-how to other stories in the yet-to-be-subtitled, Eighth Tower publication, as curated by CEO, Rafaelle Pezzella.
The curation's content will graze the works of William Gibson and Philip K. Dick, with the stories sharing a high-tech, dystopic denominator.
"With Eyes Unconstrained" details a loss of freedom in a not-too-distant future, where faceless robots act as socialist merchants, mutant-criminals perform as the police, and Pan-inspired indulgence is prized over virtue, all seen through the vantage of an elderly man named Gibson Nuggett, who yearns for better, saner times.
