On a whim, Mel and I discussed our favorite superheroines last week. Spider-Gwen Stacy (prompted, above all, by the auspicious, Spider-verse, animated features) came to mind (how could she not?), nurturing a garrulous indulgence that rolled on forever and a pleasant day.
To immortalize our prolific chat, Mel purchased (one for me, one for her) Diamond Select's Masked, Spider-Gwen Marvel Gallery ("Ghost Spider") Handstand Statue, as sculpted by the accomplished Joe Allard.
The PVC piece, which includes the acrobatic-poised figure and weathered, roof perch, is painted to perfection, measuring an amazing 11".
The stature is simultaneously sturdy yet delicate and looks awesome from any angle, as this post's sterling, stock shots show.
This is a premium piece that every superhero fan would be wise to own. I'm happy as a lark that (thanks to the unstinting Mel) I possess one. Cheers, my Marvel-ous friend!
