Collectible Time #24: AMT Mr. Spock Lunchbox and Atlantis Earth vs the Flying Saucers model kits

Got a couple new releases from Z&Z Hobbies...

First up is an oldie-but-goodie: the classic AMT Mr. Spock-vs-Three-Headed-Snake kit, now in a colorful, barn-shape lunchbox!!!

As you can see, the lunchbox's design is pretty, darn colorful, and in the wake of dear Leonard Nimoy's passing, this reissue is supposedly selling fast. Glad to have gotten one.

Also, upon purchasing the Spock model, nabbed the Atlantis "Earth vs. the Flying Saucers" 5" kit. This one generally goes for $20. (I got mine a tad cheaper, if I may be so bold to brag.) Anyhow, it's an inexpensive tribute to the Ray Harryhausen '56 classic, which features two saucers, optional backdrop, lighting effects and great box artwork. Hot-diggity!!!
