GOODBYE, MARGARET NOLAN...

You contributed to "Goldfinger" and "A Hard Day's Night", as well as "Ferry Across the Mersey"; "Three Rooms in Manhattan"; "Nearest and Dearest"; "Steptoe and Son"; "Danger Man"; "Budgie" (the latter four with vivacious guest shots); "Promise Her Anything" (what a divine dance routine!); the sexy, sci-fi spoof, "Toomorrow"; and the hilarious "Carry On..." series. (That Groucho Marx cigar, commercial was a real grabber, too!)

You stand, however, as one of the greatest pin-ups of all time, having even appeared within Playboy's legendary pages.

You made many a heart race (especially mine), Ms. Nolan: an angel on Earth and now one in Heaven. Thank you for the provocative, artistic and iconic impact you've made on our lives.
