SUPERBABES #14: WELCOME BACK, BLACK PHANTOM

AC's all-color Superbabes #14 presents a new, interdimensional exploit, wherein The Black Phantom rejoins the Femforce ranks on treacherous Jungle Island.

The sexy crusader isn't completely re-formed yet, as this issue's exciting cover conveys, but she's getting there, and that clinches a whip-snapping "to be continued".  

Meanwhile, the mother/daughter team of Ms. Victory and Rad re-engage in "Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others", but not before the former clobbers the titanic Garganta. Nightveil, Roberta Strock, Synn, Stardust, She-Cat, Tara Fremont and a crafty, Kent Farrell clone costar, ensuring that action sparks at every turn.

SUPERBABES #6: FROM PROXIMA TO "BLITZFRAU"

It's been a spell since the Femforce offshoot, Superbabes, visited the comic-shop shelves, but the wait proved well worth it. Superbabes #6 is yet another full-color extravaganza, packed with sexy and exciting charm.

To keep in sync with issues past, Superbabes #6 features continued, varied turf. In "Dogs of War", our beguiled beauties engage in a deep-space, laser-blasting melee, puppeteered by the vicious Proxima (and watch out for that amazing, She-Cat, derriere panel--whoa!) to a lightning-struck, Frankenstein-charged homage in "One of These Days", where a stitched, blue-skinned goddess insinuates a possible Blitzfrau genesis. 

The culminating artwork, by Bobby Ragland, Steve Austin, Josh Rodriguez and Mark & Stephanie Heike, makes the stories visual feasts beyond compare. The Heikes' scripts are every ounce as divine, further distinguishing Superbabes #6 as a supreme, superheroic, cheesecake treat!

I can't get enough of Superbabes (or for that matter, Femforce) and wish more issues would come more frequently, but one can't rush perfection, and Superbabes #6 is just that--perfection! Besides, Superbabes #7 shouldn't be too far off, if #6's titillating, back-page, promotional spread is any indication.

SUPERBABES #5: AN ESSENTIAL HOMAGE

AC's Femforce's Superbabes #5 explodes with righteous action, presented within our current, COVID climate. 

To acknowledge present events, this stunning, all-color issue is headlined by Mark and Stephanie Heike's cover tribute to essential workers, with the mighty Ms. Victory taking appreciative center stage.

Issue #5 also contains sensational, interior artwork by Dave Matsuoka, Andrew Hawnt, Bobby Ragland, Jeff Austin, Daniel De La Cruz and Josh Rodriguez. 

The Heike's excellent storytelling propels the luscious imagery all the further, as alien invaders leave our mind-seized Fems trapped within Proxima's evil grasp. Meanwhile, She-Cat and Nightveil travel their own torrid paths, with the former engaging in a mad melee and the latter facing a fierce, tentacled terror. The thrilling threefold can't help but leave readers panting for more.

SUPERBABES #3: THREE TIMES THE PUNCH WITH GROOVY SYNN AND STARDUST!!!

AC Comics gives us another blazin', full-color issue of Femforce's Superbabes, and #3 is a psychedelic splash from the past, front to back.

Synn and Stardust are the focal points this time out, with one battling the "grateful" Uncle Jon Band and the other a destructive, giant robot. Mark and Stephanie Heike supply the story and artwork for Synn's tale; and for Stardust's, Chris Irving dishes the plot, while Mark Heike, Jeff Austin, Sylvan Varreau and Gary Carlson supply the visuals.

Without question, one will come away from Superbabes #3 feeling mighty high, especially knowing that justice has prevailed!!

SUPERBABES #2: AT LONG LAST!!!

It wasn't easy to land, but thanks to Atomic Empire, I now possess a copy of AC/Femforce's spin-off title, Superbabes #2!!!

With Superbabes #2, one will delight in an all-color extravaganza, which contains a plot centering on the mutated Wampyre and the ghastly Gorgana, who vex our brave Femforce members, Nightveil, Stardust, Synn, She-Cat, Tara and Ms. Victory. 

Contributors Greg Horn, Jeff Austin, Johannes Vick, Javier Lugo, Jeff Austin and Mark and Stephanie Heike give this entry an abundant overlap of scares and sexy sensations, sculpted to please Femforce fans.

FEMFORCE #187/SUPER BABES #1: MORE SEXY SIRENS, MORE SIZZLING SENSATIONS!!!

The wait was lengthy, but worth it. I'm sure as heck pleased to have Femforce  #187 in my eager hands. 

The "Rad-ical in Changes" issue is another fine show piece for our super-hot ladies, including Ms. Victory, Nightveil, She-Cat, Stardust and Synn, but it's the towering Tara Fremont who dominates the forefront this time around. 

In addition to co-starring in Mark Heike and Dave Matsuoka's excellent "Rad" epic, my good buddy, Mark Holmes penned one of Tara's headlining #187 chapters. It's called "The Big Show", and boy, does it ever live up to its title. In this instance, Tara meets not only thundering lizards, but a cute, cave-girl actress named Carol Gantz. The beauties team to unravel and thwart the monstrous attacks (along with other wild surprises), abetted by Dan Gorman's dynamic, pencil work. It's B-flick wonderment taken to the titanic max!!!

Issue #187 also features Ms. Fremont in a suspenseful yarn by Andrew Haunt called "Koros, the Island Killer", with flavorful artwork by Johannes Vick. In this story, Tara comes upon a beauty named Arcana, who holds a mysterious, symbiotic relationship with the realm around her. This one is eerie and profound at the same time.

In addition to Femforce #187, I also (finally) obtained a copy of the hard-to-grab Superbabes #1!!!

Each panel of Superbabes is in blazing color and man, oh, man, does it ever enhance the subject matter. I mean, it's fiery. It's eye-popping. It's gosh-darn revolutionary, with high adventure spanning land and sea, including further giantess enchantment, thanks to the ultra leggy Garganta!!!

Nab your copy of Femforce #187 at your favorite comic shop or online vendor and keep your eyes peeled for that elusive Superbabes #1. It's well worth the hunt.
