I wish to thank all who've requested updates on my wife, Donna. She's doing well. This has been confirmed per two recent doctors' appointments. She'll just need a minor operation in the near future, but nothing to fret over.
Please be aware that your kindness and understanding is precious to us. It eases the pain sprung from those who've found cause to make consistent, insensitive remarks regarding Donna's plight. (It's amazing how selfish and cruel some people can be.) Thank goodness Donna and I have distanced ourselves from those derisive detractors, while placing our true friends ever closer to our hearts.
In this respect, I give special thanks to Donna's dear compatriot, Stacia, who has been there over the long haul to lend an empathetic ear, in addition to treating my wife to many lovely lunches. (Stacia is featured in the photo above, on the right.)
Rest assured, Donna will continue to apply her Power Girl mindset to any given circumstance. Because of your hearty support, she's gained the required motivation to continue fighting the good fight and is certain to emerge triumphant time and again.
