Hello, Bizarrechats visitors! Donna and I wish to express our best wishes for 2026.
We appreciate all of the warmth you've shared last year, and for those select few who weren't so nice, we'll let it be, give or take. (One "gent," who resides in a neighboring state, did pull a sneaky stunt on us, which impacted some of my publishing pals, but actions do have consequences. The deed is set to backfire in a mighty big way; oh, just you wait and see! Ha! Ha!)
As for the 2026, publishing front, Airship 27 Productions will concentrate on cleaning up its backlog, releasing titles that have been stuck in limbo. I have two in the pipeline, one for The Purple Scar, Vol 5 and the other for Ravenwood, Stepson of Mystery, Vol 6.
Eighth Tower Publishing, on the other hand, is enlisting a new distributor, due to an agitating, unforeseen hiccup, but fear not. The result could make its products more accessible to the public than ever before. Hooray!
Alas, little can be said for most of my magazine submissions, which remain at a perplexing standstill. It is what it is, and yeah, I'm big-time frustrated. (Perhaps, I'll compose a follow-up post to explain the situation at frustrated length.)
Even so, I'll be chuggin' along with more posts, projects and updates, including those on movies, books, music and collectibles. If you wish any inside details on any of the above, drop us a line at bizarrechats@gmail.com.
God bless you one and all; and Happy New Year!
